Here are the shots I took from the fist visit to our area. We based ourself around Worsely Road, and tried to find any recognisable landmarks. We were able to find a lot of the road of houses, but know were recognisable from the archiving pictures. A lot of this area had been developed into council housing estates, meaning a lot of the old houses had been knocked down. It was difficult to find anything un like this, and something that was recognisable. We were able to find the mill we had archiving pictures of, but we were at a different angle and couldn't find a way around to the other side. Over all this trip proved that it was going to be a lot harder than I first thought. I was quite disheartened by not finding anything, but we planned to go to another area later on in the week.
